Saving Lives Together: How to Use Our Blood Donation System
In a world where every second counts, having a fast, reliable way to connect blood donors with those in need is vital. Our new Blood Donation System is designed to bridge that gap. Whether you are a donor, a patient, or a partner organization, here is everything you need to know about how our platform works.
1. For Donors: Making Your Mark
Registering as a donor is simple and secure. Once you sign up via our Registration Form, your details are added to our private database.
Privacy First: Your full address remains hidden from the public; only your city and blood group are visible.
Availability Status: Our system automatically tracks your “Ready” status based on your last donation date, ensuring you are only contacted when it is safe for you to give blood again.
2. For Seekers: Real-Time Live Search
If you are looking for a specific blood group, our Live Search feature allows you to filter by blood type and location instantly.
Instant Connection: You can contact donors directly via Phone Call or a pre-filled WhatsApp message with just one click.
Local Results: Find donors specifically in your city or area to save precious time during emergencies.
3. For Partners: The "Partner Panel" & Embed Feature
We believe in community. If you run a local clinic, a pharmacy, or a community blog, you can help us save more lives by hosting our blood bank on your website.
How to Embed our System on Your Site:
We provide a dedicated Embed Code that you can copy and paste. It is “Auto-Adjusting,” meaning it will look perfect on your site whether your visitors are using a phone or a computer.
Show Live Stats: Display the total number of donors registered.
Full Search Function: Your visitors can search our entire database without ever leaving your website.
Branding: The system will show a “Powered by” link to maintain trust and transparency.
Managing Your Data (The Hospital Panel)
If you are a partner hospital or an authorized editor, you get access to a Frontend Control Panel. This is a secure area where you can:
Update Donor Info: Change phone numbers or update a donor’s last donation date.
Manage Records: Remove donors who are no longer available.
Search & Filter: Quickly find specific donor records to assist patients in your facility.
Join the Network
Our mission is to ensure that no one has to wait for life-saving blood. By registering as a donor or embedding our system on your website, you are becoming a critical link in the chain of survival.

Part 1: How to Embed the System on Your Site
You can show our live blood donor list on your own website by following these steps:
Get the Code: Visit our [Link to your Embed Page] and copy the code inside the red box.
For WordPress Users:
Edit your page using the standard editor or Elementor.
Search for the “HTML” or “Shortcode” widget.
Paste the code you copied into the box and click Update.
The Result: Our system will appear on your site. It is “Auto-Adjusting,” so it will automatically grow in height as more donors are found, and it will handle infinite scrolling for your users.
Part 2: How to Use the Partner Edit Panel
If we have granted you “Editor” or “Admin” access, you can manage donors directly from the frontend without going into the WordPress backend.
Login: Log in to your account on our website.
Access the Panel: Go to [Link to your Hospital Panel Page].
Searching for Donors: Use the search bar at the top of the panel to find a donor by Name, City, or Phone Number.
Editing a Record:
Click the “Edit” link next to a donor’s name.
A form will appear where you can update their phone number or blood group.
Crucial Step: When a donor gives blood at your facility, update the “Last Donation Date” field. This automatically changes their status to “Waiting” for 90 days to protect their health.
Deleting Records: If a donor asks to be removed, click “Delete” and confirm. This is permanent.
Part 3: Troubleshooting for Partners
Double Scrollbars: If you see two scrollbars, don’t worry. Our “Auto-Adjust” script is designed to fix this within 1 second of the page loading.
Access Denied: If you see an “Access Denied” message on the Hospital Panel, ensure you are logged in with the correct credentials.
Whitelabeling: The “Powered by” link ensures users know the data is verified and managed by our central network.
